Nestled at an altitude of 1,500 m, lovely chalet fully renovated in wood and stone in 2019. Surface area: 90 m². 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 2 WCs, a fully-equipped kitchen for 8, a cosy living room opening onto a terrace and a private south-west-facing garden. We're in an authentic mountain village (Villarabout), the sunniest in the valley. It's absolute peace and quiet for those who want to enjoy skiing in the 3 valleys, while preserving their own peace and quiet.

Large separate fitted kitchen with direct access to outside / terrace.

Equipped with 4 hobs, hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Large 8-seater table in kitchen/dining room. Fully equipped for fondue, raclette, tartiflette. Nespresso coffee maker. 

Separate lounge with large sofas for après-ski cocooning. TV, cable/satellite.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom with sink and shower.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom: washbasin, shower.

Bedroom 3: Dormitory - 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and en-suite bathroom / WC: washbasin, bath.

2 separate WCs in the chalet.

 These options are not included in the rates displayed. Prices for options to be agreed directly with the owner, depending on the number of people in the accommodation.

To facilitate your access to the resort (and thus avoid the inevitable "traffic jams" during the school vacations), to allow you to ski on a Saturday and thus improve the quality of your welcome and your installation, we prefer to welcome you from Sunday to Sunday in winter (December / February) if you wish.

How to get to the slopes, the snow front and the egg departure:

The "œufs" or gondolas leave from Saint Martin next to the Cochet parking lot. The center of Saint Martin is 1km from the chalet, and the snow front 1.5km. There are 2 ways to get there (in winter):

- By car. It takes 3 minutes to drive down to Saint Martin to reach the large "Cochet" parking lot. Free parking at the foot of the lifts.

- By free shuttle bus. The shuttle bus to the foot of the slopes is 150 m and 2 min walk from the Chalet. The shuttle stop is on the Place de Villarabout, next to the washhouse. Allow 15/20 minutes for the shuttle to get to the snow front.
